Restaurants and Bars in Delhi is closed for dining as Covid Cases rising. Delhi’s Lieutenant Governor (LG) on Monday ordered Delhi’s restaurant and bars owners to be discontinued the dine-in facilities and asked them to serve only takeaway facilities as Covid cases have seen to be rising day by day.

LG Anil Baijal said after a meeting of the DDMA ” It was also decided to allow operations of only one weekly market per day per zone “.

Officers were ordered to ensure covid guidelines are followed by the general public in the public market & places to break the transmission chain.

According to Reports, the DDMA agreed not to impose a strict lockdown in Delhi but also pointed towards some restrictions that could take place without causing any hindrance to the citizens.

In a meeting of DDMA the AIIMS Director DR.Randeep Guleria, Delhi Cheif Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Deputy Cheif Minister Manish Sisodia, NITI Aayog ‘s DR Vk Paul, along with Health Minister Satyendra Jain participated.
