Lionel Messi named fifth time in The Best Fifa Awards 2022

Lionel Messi has been nominated for the fifth time at The Best FIFA Awards 2022, established by FIFA in 2016. Messi won the honor just in 2019. Messi, who completed second behind Cristiano Ronaldo in 2016 and 2017, was consigned to third the year before.

This is the second year that Robert Lewandowski has been nominated. Last time, Lewandowski came in first with 52% of the vote. This is the second time that Muhammad Salah has been nominated for The Best Award. Prior in 2018, Salah was third behind Luka Modric and Cristiano Ronaldo.

The champ of the FIFA World Player of the Year grant is reported today. Lionel Messi, Robert Lewandowski and Mohamed Salah are competing for the best position, the year before. The event will begin at 11.30 pm Indian time.
