According to the recent reports KL Rahul was signed by New IPL Franchise Lucknow for 17 crores. And Indian Captain Rohit Sharma was retained by Mumbai Indians as a Captain for 16 crores and on the other hand, Delhi Capitals retained Rishab Pant by giving 16 crores. New Franchise Ahmedabad signed Indian All-rounder Hardik Pandya for 15 crores.

KL RAHUL BECAME THE MOST EXPENSIVE PLAYER IN THE 15TH SEASON OF IPL

Indian Premier League is getting ready to entertain cricket lovers across the globe by gearing up for its 15th season to start. In this session, we will see 10 teams battling for the IPL trophy. And recent updates narrate that 5 teams out of 10 retained their Captains and both new Franchises signed their captains on Friday, January 21. Now there are only 3 teams left whose captains are yet to be chosen.

The remaining teams will sign their captain after the mega auction to be held on next month. Both the new team’s Lucknow and Ahmedabad have signed KL Rahul and Hardik as their captain by paying huge money 17 crores and 15 crores respectively. For the time being, Rahul is named as the most expensive player now for the upcoming season.

Besides this Mumbai retained Rohit Sharma as a Captain for 16 crores and Delhi paid Rishab pant 16 crores to be a part of their team as a Captain. Rajasthan Royal has also decided to retain Sanju Samson and Sunrisers Hyderabad stopped Kane Willamson. Whereas Chennai Super kings retained Mahendra Singh Dhoni for 12 crores and he will lead the team.
